Power Flame XP2 Low NOx Industrial Process Burner
Power Flame’s XP2 Fiber Mesh Element low NOx industrial process burner is an innovative take on the process heating burner utilizing Mesh Head technology to produce a 400,000 BTU, < 20 ppm NOx burner. Lower levels are possible with residual oxygen and equipment changes. Featuring a direct spark ignition, and utilizing rectification flame detection, the XP2 boasts a 5:1 turndown with our modulating control. Using a fiber mesh element that is 2 inch outer diameter and 12 inch length, this burner requires minimal combustion space and can be mounted in a 4 inch opening. With two different modes of operation, the XP2 can operate with full modulation or on/off design.
