When you need a lot of domestic hot water, quickly and reliably Precision Boilers recommends the HWS commercial volume storage electric water heater. It’s designed for industrial, commercial and institutional users who require large quantities of service water at preset temperatures.

Features & Benefits

  • Our two-part epoxy alternative to glass lining, PS, is suitable for storing water up to 180°F and can be repaired in the field, unlike glass
  • Precision Seal-lined vessels include a five-year warranty; the last two years are pro-rated
  • Cement lining is suitable for higher temperature service, up to 250°F, and/or for tanks larger than 36 inches in diameter
  • Cement-lined vessels include a ten-year warranty; the last five years are prorated
  • Recovery ranges from 123 GPH to 1,968 GPH (30 KW to 480 KW) @ 100°F temperature rise
  • Each heating element is fitted with its own 2-1/2” square mounting flange and installed in the head of the vessel to simplify maintenance and reduce downtime
  • Step Circuit Enable/Disable switches make it easy to limit water heater’s maximum firing rate when other higher priority electric loads are peaking
  • Requires no vent stack, breeching, or combustion air louvers, reducing total installation costs and speeding up completion
  • 125-5,000 gallons
