Type FDM Process Burner Applications
The Power Flame Type FDM is engineered for high turndown operation firing into heat exchangers for air handling applications or directly into process streams of air, such as ovens and other types of lower temperature industrial applications. The Type FDM burner is fitted with moveable air dampers to the inlet of the blower assembly that facilitates on-ratio control over an impressive 20:1 turndown range. The Type FDM burner is ideally suited for indirect fired units requiring high turndowns. It can also be applied on direct fired applications where on-ratio control is required.
