Power Flame Process and Air Handling Burners
Power Flame offers a quality line of natural gas-fired process burners with capacities of between 17,000 and 3 million BTUs. All models are factory fire-tested to ensure reliable start-up and are shipped fully assembled to make for easy installation.
Immersion Tube Burners
Type CX
The Power Flame Type CX burner facilitates heating of liquids in immersion tubes. It is gas-fired but utilizes advanced technology that eliminates any need for a combustion chamber. It is designed to precisely fit into 1.5 to 6.0 inch (small diameter) immersion-tube heat exchangers to heat the surrounding water/other liquid.
The CX's compact size allows for simpler and less costly installation, heat exchanger construction, and ongoing maintenance.
Air Handling Burners
Power Flame also makes two models of process burners that are capable of heating large volumes of high-velocity air, while achieving high turn-down rates and exceptional energy efficiency.
Type FD
The Power Flame Type CX burner facilitates heating of liquids in immersion tubes. It is gas-fired but utilizes advanced technology that eliminates any need for a combustion chamber.
